U.S. citizens that are eligible to renew their U.S. passport using the DS-82 form must renew their U.S. passport by mail and pay the fee online at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/1156527186/ .

U.S. citizens that are applying for a passport using a DS-11 form can pay the fee online at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/1274042472/ .

Alternatively if you are applying for a passport using a DS-11 form you may pay in-person at your appointment by:

• Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) – card transactions are in U.S. dollars, and you may be subject to additional fees applied by your payment card provider. The cardholder must be present at the time of payment.

• Cash (in U.S. dollars or pounds sterling)
